I kept getting this error code 102-2160 I fixed my console and everything and thought I could just uninstall the software and delete it. But then my counsel stopped working after a reboot Not really sure what to do now any help would be great

Pretendo requires homebrew. The error code you provided is specifically a problem with Pretendo and the developers don't seem to know the cause or the fix for it. So I have to ask how did you fix the console exactly? What did you use ISFShax for?

MelonMan

i had to Rebuild the mlc and slc
And I deleted scfm.img and the mlc
Someone told me I could fix it by doing De Fuse https://consolemods.org/wiki/WiiU:De_Fuse
I don't know how to solder or anything So I'm probably just gonna have to buy a new console
Unless I can find someone that can fix it for me

Did you check the console for a failing eMMC? I have a suspicion that this error message is related to that and the reason the developer doesn't know what is causing it is because they didn't consider it to be a hardware problem. The fact that you have no display output at all would indicate to me that your eMMC is failing.

Did you try using a UDPIH to launch the Recovery menu and reinstalling ISFShax? I would start there and then use minute menu to verify to see if the eMMC is failing on your console.

MelonMan

i would do use UDPIH if i had a pico but i dont
I Got a Wii U on ebay for 50$
I still wanna fix this so I'll probably work on it in the future but thank you for trying to help
if I have any problems ill definitely come back on here

MelonMan

Just bought a Raspberry Pi RP2040 I'm gonna see if recovery menu fixes it
Then I can have 2 wii u just in case

I watched your video a second time and noticed the light remains solid blue with no output. If you wait more than 1 minute after turning the console on and then you push the power button and immediately let go (don't hold the power button, push and release) does the console turn off or remain on?

If it remains on it usually means the operating system crashed. If it turns off it indicates that its a display output issue.

On a side note, is the console hooked up to a capture card? You may want to try it on a TV/Monitor with HDMI to verify there is no output. I have had a couple of these not work with my capture card even though they were in fact outputting a display. Better to check and be sure there is no output from the Wii U.

MelonMan

Yes it remains on
The capture card I use is a AVerMedia Live Duo Capture Card
but i tried the hdmi on my 1080p monitor and still did not work sadly
